Returns Policy
Thank you for purchasing from us, if you are not satisfied with the order you can contact us.
In order to make a return, the following conditions must be followed:
Contact up to 7 calendar days from the day of receiving the shipment
There was an error in the product/shade
Product arrived damaged
Please note: you can only return or exchange items that have not been used at all, when the label they came with is attached to them, or when they are in their original box. Touching the product with the finger, or applying the product on the back of the hand is considered as use
As soon as the item reaches us and passes control, we will send an email updating you on the crediting of your payment method. Please note that when returning it is recommended to use the original box or bag in which the item was sent.
Cancelling a transaction
To the extent that you have the right to cancel a transaction, in accordance with the terms of product purchase, the website's regulations and/or the Consumer Protection Law 1981, you may send a transaction cancellation notice, in one of the ways below:

In the cancellation notice, please state your full name, order/invoice number and phone number to identify the transaction and product data you wish to cancel.
