Water Activated Eyeliner - Pure

Suitable for mixing and creating lighter shades.

How to Use:

1. Wet an eyeliner brush with water.
2. Use the wet brush and mix it into the Wonder Liner.
3. Mix well until getting a smooth texture, add more water if needed.
4. Apply the product as desired with the brush. Be careful not to load a lot of material on the brush.
5. Recommended ot let the product fully air dry before storing away!
